QuestBoard is developed by Nikba Creative Studio. This policy explains how the QuestBoard iPhone and iPad application handles information.

Information stored by QuestBoard

QuestBoard lets a parent enter information such as a child’s first name or nickname, quests, rewards, star balances, completion requests, approvals, and reward history.

This information is stored locally on the device. QuestBoard does not require an account and does not send this information to Nikba Creative Studio.

Data collection

Nikba Creative Studio does not collect personal data through the QuestBoard application.

QuestBoard does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, behavioural profiling, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell or share information entered in the app.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Nikba Creative Studio does not receive or store payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction information needed to confirm purchase entitlement, subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

Face ID and device authentication

QuestBoard can use Face ID as a shortcut for opening Parent Mode. Biometric information is handled by the operating system and is never available to or stored by QuestBoard or Nikba Creative Studio. A parent PIN remains available as a fallback.

Children’s privacy

QuestBoard is designed for use by families on a shared device. Purchase controls, settings, approvals, and external links are protected by a parent gate. The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or transmit information entered by children to Nikba Creative Studio.

Parents control the information entered into QuestBoard and may edit or remove it within the application. Removing the app also removes its locally stored data, subject to device backups managed by Apple.

Support

If a user chooses to contact us through our website or by email, we process the information they provide only to answer the request. Website interactions are covered by the Nikba Creative Studio website privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when QuestBoard’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.
